FAQ

  1. How much weight will I lose? Results will vary depending on body type and physical activity during the 3 days. People typically lose between 6-16lbs.
  2. Do I have to workout? You do not have to workout to see results during the detox. Average weight loss for those that don't workout is 9lbs, although there are outliers that have seen more and less weight loss than the average.
  3. How do I order? You can now order through our website fast-food-by-Fenae.myshopify.com. Please confirm pickup date via email at fastfoodbyfenae@gmail.com
  4. Do you ship? Yes, we are now able to ship nationwide. For most places, detox can be sent next day air. Shipping cost for US is $40. The detox is 13lbs and is frozen and shipped with dry ice. I am only able to ship on Mon-Thur.
  5. What are the pickup days and times? Pickups are done on Mondays, Tuesdays,Thursdays and Fridays from 4-7pm in Tuscaloosa. Pickup location is listed on website at checkout. Orders must be confirmed at least 48 hours before desired pickup.
  6. What if I can't pickup on your listed days? Please notify me so special arrangements can be made. *May result is additional fee*
  7. Do you deliver? To Tuscaloosa only. Birmingham delivery is available on certain days. *May result in additional fee*
  8. How do the smoothies taste? These are detox smoothies. They are a mixture of fruits , veggies, healthy fats, and other essentials needed to detox the body. They are designed to help you lose weight but the taste is manageable.
  9. How do I pay? You can order through my Shopify store fast-food-by-Fenae.myshopify.com
  10. Additional info: please weigh yourself at the start of the detox and the morning after your last day. Please send me your starting and final weight. Happy detoxing!!
