Food list for 3 Day Detox

Raw Vegetables Only

 

Spinach

Kale

Cucumber

Onion

Celery

Avocado

Lime

Lemon

Carrots

Broccoli

Bell pepper

Arugula

 

These vegetables can be eaten in combination as a salad or by themselves. If eaten as a salad, limes and lemons can be used as dressings. No store bought dressings are recommended. No cooked foods are recommended. If veggies cannot be eaten raw, steamed vegetables are permitted with water only. Herbs and seasoning are allowed if they are salt free. No fruit or nuts are allowed! Keep refrigerated.

 

*Note- Each smoothie is essential for a certain part of the day. Please drink all smoothies in order. Please drink all smoothies in their entirety. It is fine if it takes longer to drink certain smoothies . Just be sure to drink each smoothie completely before moving to the next one. Smoothies are labeled B(breakfast) L(lunch) D(dinner). Lunch is the thickest in texture because of the celery, kale, and cucumber. Dinner is slightly spicy as it has cayenne pepper. If dinner is too spicy to drink you can add some water or even unsweetened almond milk to help with the heat.

-Please keep smoothies refrigerated. Smoothies will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator. If you feel that you will not be able to start your detox within the 5 day period, please freeze your smoothies until you are able to consume them.

  1. Light pink
  2. Green
  3. Purple

**Remember to drink your tea (that I provide) at night. This will help to further clean you out.
